My stay at the hotel was a great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for a family of 3, although not very soundproof. The service was exceptional, with the staff working hard to please customers and being incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, linking directly to the subway for easy exploration and surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. While the dining options were good, the price seemed a bit high for what was offered.
The hotel is really convenient, super close to Hakata station and a shopping mall. The rooms are large and cozy, clean, and spacious, which allowed my son to run around freely. The service was excellent, with staff going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The dining experience was good, with a superb selection of European and Japanese foods nearby, although slightly pricey. The location is perfect, near Hakata City, with easy access to shopping places, restaurants, and transportation. However, the dining was good but not memorable.
